These sessions are more than just reiterating what is covered in the classroom, but assisting the student in discovering tools to help them create the most ideal conditions for their learning journey. Often this includes time management, prioritization, and communication skills. I look forward to the opportunity to work with your student.

My Mission

In 2011, I fulfilled my dream of becoming a high school teacher.  I quickly saw how difficult it was to make a difference in the rigid education system we currently have that forces all students into one mold.  This realization led me to create Square Peg Learning, where I can tap into my years of experience to make a difference with one family and one student and a time. We know learning styles are as vast and unique as the young people moving through the education system.
Offering my knowledge, encouragement and mentorship is how I make a difference in the lives of young people and those that care about them.
